COMP TEAM

For serious wrestlers ready to compete. Building skill/technical mastery, reps & review, hard drills, focused mindset.

Recommended ages 8+

FALL TEAM STARTS: 8.19-5.15.26

PRACTICE: TUES. WED. THUR 5-7PM

ROOKIE CREW

For 1st/2nd year wrestlers. Foundational technique & skill development.

Recommended ages 5+

ROOKIE FALL & SPRING: 10.14-2.28.2026

PRACTICE: TUES & THUR 5-6PM

TOTS & 1st TIMERS

Intro to wrestling for young kiddos or brand new. Basic assessment for balance, coordination, & movement.

Recommended ages 4-7yrs

SMALL GROUPS: 1x PER WEEK

ATHLETES CAN JOIN ROOKIE PRACTICES ONCE READY

HIGH SCHOOL

Wrestlers train for UIL season & for USA Wrestling regional / national events. Includes spring Freestyle/Greco.

9th-12th grade

FALL PROGRAM: 5 MONTHS ANYTIME
