For serious wrestlers ready to compete. Building skill/technical mastery, reps & review, hard drills, focused mindset.

Recommended ages 8+

Intro to wrestling for young kiddos or brand new. Basic assessment for balance, coordination, & movement.

HIGH SCHOOL

Wrestlers train for UIL season & for USA Wrestling regional / national events. Includes spring Freestyle/Greco.

9th-12th grade
