ELITE TEAM
YEAR-ROUND HIGH LEVEL TRAINING
Designed for serious wrestlers training to compete in national events year-round. Must meet club guideline & expectations to join.

Mon - Thurs 5:30-7:30PM
TRAINING FOCUS
Instilling technical understanding and precision, mastering chain wrestling, situational awareness, & sharpening mental IQ from all positions.
ELITE Team members will train for
(7 to 10) regional & national events throughout the year including the Texas Open State Tournament in February.
SELECT TEAM
SKILL DEVELOPMENT & COMPETITIVE PROGRAM.
SPRING & SUMMER | FALL & WINTER. For young competitors preparing for local tournaments this season.

TRAINING FOCUS
Building physical and mental toughness, technical skills, and competitive routine. Wrestlers will improve footwork, positioning, hand fighting and wrestling skills for competition.
SELECT Team members are expected
to compete in a minimum of (4) local competitions during fall season including the Rookie State Tournament in February.
BEGINNERS
BASICS PROGRAM.
SPRING & SUMMER | FALL & WINTER. Intro to wrestling, fitness, and athletic development.

Training Focus:
Build basic technique and toughness. Better balance, coordination and awareness.
Wrestlers will
Learn foundational wrestling skills, improve overall movement, strength and endurance in our young wrestlers.
