YEAR-ROUND ELITE PROGRAM

AGES 12-18YRS or 6th-12th Grade

11-months of high level training. LIMITED SPOTS. FOR ELITE COMPETITORS ONLY.

Preparing wrestlers for Championship success. Year-round of precise training for high level competition.

For elite wrestlers planning to train, travel, and compete at national events throughout the year.

  • Instill precision and technical IQ in every position; chain technique in every position, situational awareness from every position, and mental preparedness in all positions.

    Wrestler’s will compete in regional national events in Texas as well as other national events during the year. (7-10) tournaments per season.

    1. Improve: Chain drilling from neutral & referee’s position.

    2. Better: Setups and finishes for upper-body, leg attacks, and counter offense.

    3. Faster: Bottom position to escapes: stand-ups sit outs and reversals/rolls.

    4. Stronger: Top breakdown to pin combos. Riding tips.

    5. Understand: Match scenarios, situations & scrambles.

    6. Be present: Mental preparation & toughness.

SEASONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

AGES 8-14YRS or 3rd-8th Grade

[Rookie/Novice Competition]

Seasonal training (Spring & Summer | Fall & Winter). LIMITED SPOTS. FOR SERIOUS WRESTLERS ONLY.

Skills program, building overall technique, confidence and competitive routine. For those who are committed to train, travel, and compete in the fall season.

  • Wrestlers will build overall positioning, footwork, and wrestling technique. High paced practices for physical preparation and mental toughness.

    Athletes prepare for (5) local competitions during season.

    1. Positioning, stance & motion, hand fighting

    2. Setups to takedowns

    3. Controlling, turning, and pinning

    4. Escapes & Reversals

    5. Match scenarios, situations & scrambles

    6. Mental preparation & toughness
