YEAR-ROUND ELITE PROGRAM

AGES 13-18YRS or 6th-12th Grade

[Open Division Competition]

For elite athletes training for success at regional & national events.

Training Focus: Instill physical toughness and technical IQ in every position; precise technique in all positions, situational awareness from every position, and mental preparedness in all positions.

ROOKIE TEAM

SKILL DEVELOPEMENT PROGRAM

AGES 8-12YRS or 3rd-6th Grade

[Eligible: Rookie/Novice Competition]

Build athleticism, technique, and competitive routine.

Training Focus: Development program for wrestlers to improve body control, footwork, positioning and overall technique. Athletes prepare for (3-5) local competitions during season.

Tuesday. Wednesday. Thursday

FUNDAMENTAL PROGRAM

AGES 4-10YRS or K-5th Grade

[No Competition]

Build strength, balance and toughness.

Training Focus: Basic movement and strength program for young athletes. Learn foundational wrestling skills.
