ROOKIE CREW
[Youth/Beginners: 5-12Yrs]
Ready to start wrestling, build foundational skills and confidence. Recommended for 1st/2nd year wrestlers then graduate to the Comp Team.
Goal is to have fun, learn basic technique, and build body coordination and athleticism.

The Focus
Basics of wrestling techniques, body positioning, and footwork.
Having fun - building strength, athleticism, and coordination.
Developing mental toughness, discipline, and self-confidence.
Building a competitive spirit: Medium pressure practices and friendly competition amongst teammates.
COMPETITION TEAM
[Middle School & High School: 8-18Yrs]
For wrestlers ready to take their skills to the next level and win at local/state/national events. 2nd/3rd year wrestlers and those serious about improving their skills.
Recommended for all Middle School (7th & 8th grade) athletes wanting to wrestle in High School.
